Airedale acquires additional space in Bradford

UK: Leeds-headquartered critical cooling specialists Airedale by Modine has acquired a 14.6 acre manufacturing site in nearby Bradford to provide increased manufacturing, testing, office and storage capabilities.

Production of the first Airedale by Modine units in Bradford is planned to begin in December 2024 once the site has been reconfigured.

The investment in the site will include various structural changes to existing buildings, the installation of new production assemblies and test equipment, and the development of a state-of-the-art 2 MW test center.

This R&D investment will add to Airedale by Modine’s already world-leading testing capabilities and increase overall capacity for R&D testing and customer witness trials.

Increased production and testing will lead to new jobs in the area.
