Leader's Role

"Does not necessarily make the decisions but ensures that decisions are being made" 

- responsible for clear vision and direction of the group; 
- task assignments and tracking; 
- issue awareness; 
- calls admin meetings when required; 
- keeps on eye on group harmony/communications;
- does make some decisions when required.

This includes having an ear to all members of SAR for opinions and new ideas.
The leader will ensure that all new ideas to the group are recorded somewhere, 
this is important because some ideas may not be worked on at that time 
because of other issues, but it is the leader's responsibility to ensure that 
it is addressed at the appropriate time.
